Andrew Daly – Compliance Manager / Director
Andrew is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering ( Honours ) from IT Tallaght.
Having subsequently completed an IRCA Certified Training Course as a QMS Auditor/ Lead Auditor he has participated in both second and third party audits in Ireland and the United Kingdom. Andrew was appointed a Director of EQA (Ireland ) in October 2013. Prior to joining EQA in 2015 as a member of the senior management team, he worked in a wide range of industries, in particular as a Quality Engineer in the oil and gas sector. He has recently been appointed to the Technical Committee TC-13 that represents Ireland in decisions on standards concerning Alarm Systems.
Andrew’s role as Compliance Manager in EQA includes :
– Assisting in the maintenance of scheme compliance in respect of INAB Accreditation and PSA approval.
– The maintaining, monitoring and where necessary improving internal management processes and controls.
– Evaluation and development of new and existing Management System and Product schemes
– Contract reviews
– Risk Management
– Provision of Technical support
